Submit a Notice
The Nagoya Calendar periodically asks you to renew your submission. You can renew your submission for a maximum of 12 months. We will contact you to remind you that submission will expire.
If you have any questions or concerns you can contact the editing staff directly at calendar@nic-nagoya.or.jp or by calling 052-581-0100 (Tues to Sat 09:00 – 16:00).
☆How to Submit
Simply fill out the below details and press submit. The editor will contact you by e-mail once your submission has been reviewed. You can also submit submission applications by fax (052-571-4673), downloading and printing an application form, or in person at the Nagoya International Center 3F Counter.
☆About the Nagoya Calendar Bulletin Board
- This is a free service
- Submissions for commercial purposes & job hiring are not accepted.
- The bulletin board is reserved for volunteer and community focused listings.
- Lessons or sessions which cost more than 500 Yen per hour or session (whichever is longer) are not considered a volunteer or community focused listing.
- Listing in the “Places of Worship” section excludes gatherings in private residences.
- One-on-one exchange type listings or lessons will be refused.
- Listings for meetings and groups which hold their activities at commercial third party premises such as coffee shops will be refused.
- The NIC is not responsible for any problems that arise between parties placing notices & their respondents.
- NIC reserves the right to refuse or edit notices.
- Applications should be submitted by the first of the month for the following month’s edition. For example, if you would like your submission to be included in the July edition, the submission deadline is May 31.
